Meet Desmond Teo and Tou TS, the dynamic duo behind the company.
Desmond has been in the field of IT for as long as he can remember. He brings to the table over 20 years of expertise and experience that have garnered reputable recognitions including Ernst & Young’s Top Nominee For Emerging Entrepreneur in 2016 and Top 100 SME Awards in 2017.
He is the Founder and Managing Director of Infinite Data Asia Sdn Bhd (now known as Exclusive Networks Malaysia Sdn Bhd), an IT distribution firm that specialises in cybersecurity and network solutions. Under his leadership, he successfully grew the business revenue up to US$25 million within a short span of 3 years. Today, Exclusive Networks Malaysia Sdn Bhd is part of the Exclusive Group with more than 70 offices established worldwide.
When Desmond is not working, he spends his time contributing back to society doing charity work as a member of MPSJ (Majlis Perbandaran Subang Jaya) since 2008. He believes in adding value in everything he does; in business and the community.
His entrepreneurial journey kicked off in 2001 with the Transition Group of Companies. After graduating in Micro Computer & Electronic Engineering, Desmond started his career as a Technical IT Engineer and later landed himself in a Sales role where he found a passion for entrepreneurship to venture into the business of IT.
Tou is a versatile IT professional with a strong foundation in IP networking, including WAN, LAN, and Wi-Fi technologies. He began his career as a Network Engineer at a Malaysian service provider, where he gained deep expertise in network performance and troubleshooting.
Since 2017, Tou has expanded his focus to Cloud Transformation and Cybersecurity, helping organizations modernize their infrastructure while safeguarding digital assets. He has supported hybrid cloud adoption, improved operational agility, and worked on projects involving network security, threat detection, endpoint protection, and identity access management.
Tou also stays engaged with the latest in Artificial Intelligence, particularly its role in AI-driven threat detection, automation in SecOps, and predictive analytics—key to navigating today’s evolving cyber landscape.
With a well-rounded background across infrastructure, cloud, security, and emerging AI capabilities, Tou brings valuable insight into building secure, intelligent, and future-ready IT environments.
